Tennto documentation
Frequently asked questions
Direct answers about signing control, chain support, privacy boundaries and access to Tennto.
Does Tennto hold keys or move funds?
No. The integration provides risk intelligence. Your application or custodian retains its keys and signing decision. Never send seed phrases or private keys to Tennto.
Does the API return Pass, Hold or Block?
No. Those labels illustrate a customer policy on the landing page. The API returns risk findings, inline for fast assessment or asynchronously for default research. Your application maps those findings to its own decision.
Can I use the external API for XRPL?
No. The external risk API currently accepts Solana only. The authenticated transaction-research UI supports Solana and XRPL, but this does not expand the API contract.
Is a result immediate or guaranteed safe?
Fast mode returns the completed assessment in its HTTP response, while default research starts asynchronously and must be polled through the external API. Neither implies a sub-second or fixed completion SLA. Scores and screening findings do not guarantee safety or compliance.
Are my research runs public?
Research results require authentication and ownership checks. These public docs contain general product information and illustrative request examples, not customer reports. For contractual retention, privacy or compliance requirements, discuss your needs with the team; this page does not assert a retention policy or certification.
How do I get access or pricing information?
Tennto is seeking design partners. Request a demo to discuss your use case and access requirements. The published API quotas describe current technical limits, not pricing or a commercial commitment.
- Request a demo — Share your workflow and preferred times; a submission is not a booked meeting.
Where should an AI assistant start?
- LLM documentation index — A concise map to Markdown documentation.
- OpenAPI contract — The public integration schema.
